Over 545,000 soaps per day that find their home in landfills in Canada. On a yearly basis, it represents 200 million soaps per year that are thrown out, which is more than 24,000 pounds of waste per year! Clean The world Canada has a direct impact on the environment by avoiding that those soap end up in the landfill.
Each of these soap once recycle by Clean the World Canada are given to Canadian Food bank and shelters and help fulfill an essential need of hygiene for people who can’t afford it. It also helps organizations focus on other priorities such as food.
How Hotels Can Participate
1. Complete the registration form to enroll your hotel.
2. We send you bins and you start collecting discarded soap and plastic bottles.
3. When the bins are half way full, we provide you with Purolator shipping labels and new bins.
